How to add a credit card
There are two places to add a credit card to your account; on the payment page after clicking send on your first quote, and on your account settings page. Here is how you add a card to your account through your Account Settings page:
- Go to your Account Settings page
- Click on Account
- Select Add a credit card (at the bottom of the page)
- Enter your information and click Add a credit card
Once you click Add credit card, the page will refresh and show the credit card securely stored in your account. You will now be able to easily use this card on the payments page.
How to delete a credit card
Follow these steps to delete a card from your account:
- Go to your Account Settings page
- Click on Account
- Scroll down to the bottom and find your credit card(s)
- Click Remove next to the card
If you delete your main and default card, we’ll automatically update your default card to the next most recent card on your account (if you have one). This ensures there is no pause or interruption for you to meet new interested customers.
How to change your default card
If we are unable to charge your default card we may try and change another saved card on your account (if you have any). If we are unable to change your account, you will be unable to meet new customers until you add a new valid card.
- Go to your Account Settings page
- Click on Account
- Scroll down to the bottom and find your credit card(s)
- Click Make default next to the card
